Purpose

The Highlands Forward Email Signature Generator is provided as a convenience to help authorized Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools personnel create a standardized professional email signature.

Authorized use

This tool is intended for authorized staff and organizational use. Users may not use the tool to impersonate another person, misrepresent their position, create misleading contact information, or use Highlands Forward branding for unauthorized purposes.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing the generated signature before using it. Names, titles, departments, email addresses, phone numbers, extensions, and other information must be accurate and authorized.

The generated signature should be tested after it is added to an email account. Appearance may vary depending on the email application, device, recipient settings, or security restrictions.

No guarantee

The tool is provided on an "as available" basis. Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools does not guarantee that the generated signature will display identically in every email client or that the tool will always be available without interruption.

Branding

Highlands Forward names, logos, colors, graphics, and other branding materials remain the property of their respective owner. The generator does not grant permission to reuse organizational branding outside its intended purpose.

Changes to the service

The organization may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue this generator at any time.
